Project Manager, Principal Associate

As a Project Lead, you will:
* Drive change initiatives to a successful close by ensuring stakeholders are ready, willing and able to perform effectively in the new environment
* Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed
* Plan, design, manage and execute project plans
* Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent
* Forge relationships with key stakeholders
* Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership
* Establish collaborative partnership with key stakeholders
* Lead cross-functional delivery teams to deliver impactful business outcomes
* Prepare and deliver effective communications regarding status of project for both internal and client teams
* Perform hands-on project work, including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management, as needed by the project
* Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands
* Maintain key project documentation
Skills & Experience:
* Experience in Project Management and Process Improvement
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Be self-motivated, able to support and initiate change in periods of uncertainty and ambiguity
* Contribute positively to a value driven culture and actively participate in strong a teamwork environment
* Strong attention to detail
* Have a strong ability to manage his or her own time effectively and be a self-starter

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelors Degree or Military experience
* At least 3 years of experience in Project Management
Preferred Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of experience in Real Estate Project Management
* At least 4 years in Microsoft Project
