The Transaction Advisory Experienced Associate will assist in planning and executing financial, accounting and operational due diligence engagements for both strategic and financial buyers throughout the United States.

Qualifications

Education:
- Bachelors or Masters program in Accounting or other relevant field required
- Pursuing a masters degree in Accounting or other relevant field preferred

Experience:
- Leadership experience preferred
- More than 1 year of prior accounting experience required

License/Certifications:
- Eligible to sit for the CPA exams upon starting employment required

Software:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of accounting and basic understanding of how to read and produce financial statements
- Ability to produce quality work with an attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, specifically business writing
- Capable of working in a demanding, deadline-driven environment while effectively managing unexpected issues in a professional manner
- Ability to work with and analyze large volumes of data
- Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of information
- Ability to follow instructions as directed
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to travel on an as-needed basis
