The Marketing Analyst will play an important part in creating innovative and cost-effective approach for AGCO to develop customer intelligence, such as the establishment and the development of customer panels and in-sourced surveys. The incumbent will also ensure real time access to the farming community to generate actionable insights, validate business assumptions and test End to End customer process/solutions. Additional elements of the role include the management of the Customer Research Library and ad-hoc support for other surveys (customer, dealer, employee).
Your Impact
* Manage the in-sourced piece of customer, dealer and employee research activities to support our digital transformation program and our strategic marketing initiatives including recruiting, managing and animating the panel, ensuring active participation of the members through gamification.
* Collect and obtain consensus of requirements from VOC DCX and other internal stakeholders.
* Plan the end to end survey project, including: formulating questionnaires, programming surveys in Qualtrics, recruiting the target audience, running the survey, and leading the analysis and presentation of the results.
* Lead the establishment of customer panels, defining panel composition to ensure proper representation of target customer segments and AGCO relevant business types.

* Brief the external agency, monitor participation in the panel events and online tracking of verbatim to be further investigated, and coordinate with the agency for results analysis and presentation in line with defined planning.
* Present the insights internally ensuring a clear inclusion of why does it matter? and proper translation of insights into business recommendation including the design, creating, maintainance and publication of analysis and dashboards on Tableau, including brand health and customer feedback.
* Manage and promote the strategic marketing library, including the set-up and management of the platform.
* Develop initiatives for ensuring adequate promotion and utilization/consumption of theplatform and its content towards internal stakeholders.
Your Skills
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field required, plus six or more years of related experience.
* Successful track record in providing Consumer Insights. Experience in creating and developing customer panels.
* Ability to plan/deliver customer surveys, to analyses/interpret QUAL/QUANT data in relation toindustry and business objectives. Previous experience with Qualtrics and other survey platforms as well as Tableau required.
* Experience in managing agencies and budget.
* Logical approach to problem solving; able to draw insights from customer analysis leading to credible recommendations.
* Self-starter approach, with structured and process oriented mindset.
* Team player, ability to establish strong relationships internally/externally.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
