CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Pharmacy Technician. As the Senior Materials Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the pharmacy. Superb communication will be key as you will be interacting with all levels of management in this leadership role. You will also serve to ensure correct receipts, cycle counting, and other tasks associated with the management of inventory.

Other responsibilities include:
Oversee and lead daily workflow of Material Coordinators under direction of the supervisor
Oversee daily inventory cycle counts and ensure all associated paperwork and inventory records are maintained and variances are resolved.
Ensure timely completion and escalation of issues
Ensure efficient mix of product placement in pharmacy
Tracking and reconciliation of inventory balances
Purchasing and management of supplies
Manage return goods according to standard operating procedures
Ensure efficient mix of product placement
Contributing to a safe and orderly working environment
Responsible for collecting SOX audit documentation to ensure proper completion and retention
Process invoices and manage accounts receivables according to policies and procedures
Resolves complex internal and external issues
Assists with training and program development
Provide operational support to the management team by providing new ideas and process improvements to ensure efficient and effective workflow
Monitors compliance with Inventory Management
Other duties as requested by business

Required Qualifications
One year experience in purchasing, receiving, shipping, and inventory control.
One year computer experience in a Windows with good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience in training others on policies and procedures
Texas State Pharmacy Technician License in good standing
Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs.
Excellent organizational skills and problem solving ability.
Detail oriented and good time management
Establish and maintain effective working relationships in communication with peers, supervisors, and purchasing department.
Demonstrate professional maturity; Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
Strong math skills with emphasis on counting and conversions.
Adhere to all safety requirements and maintain a safe working environment.

Preferred Qualifications
National Pharmacy Technician Certification
SAP Inventory Management System experience
Process improvement-Lean/Six Sigma Management, experience
Experience writing SOPs and/or Work Instructions
Experience in training other on policies and procedures
Ability to work in a team environment and independently

Education
Verified high school diploma or GED equivalent
Texas State Pharmacy Technician license in good standing
