Job Description
To support the DirecTV Legal team responsible for the advertising and marketing of DirecTV products and services. This individual will be responsible for the following:
Reviewing and evaluating internal and third party advertising and marketing materials for compliance with state and federal advertising guidelines. Included are
* DirecTVs video products and services satellite, IPTV and OTT
* Support the operation and execution of the online advertising review and compliance system

Qualifications include:
* Thee + years of paralegal experience at a major law firm or in-house position required.
* Paralegal experience specializing in Advertising/Marketing.
* Experience in litigation, intellectual property, advertising, and consumer-related issues a plus.
* Must also have strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
* A Bachelors Degree is strongly preferred.
AT&T and TPG signed an agreement to form a new entity, DIRECTV, which will own and operate AT&Ts U.S. video unit consisting of DIRECTV (consumer and business satellite services), AT&T TV and U-verse TV (excluding U-verse network assets). When the transaction closes, the job you are applying for will become part of the New DIRECTV. Transaction is expected to close in the second half of 2021.
