Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports recruiting and retention initiatives for the Talent Acquisition Team by coordinating the administrative tasks associated with those activities. This can include all facets of the recruiting processes including sourcing, advertising, reference checks, and candidate communication and scheduling. It also includes reporting, tracking, and other metrics activities using our internal applicant tracking system, email, and MS Office tools.
Essential Duties
* Supports candidate sourcing and engagement process.
* Supports communication and engagement with candidates.
* Schedules and arranges interviews.
* Prepares and shares key information with process stakeholders including candidate information, company information, offer letters, background request documents, etc.
* Leads Pre-board and Onboard process on behalf of the TA team.
* Arranges and administers assessments.
* Maintains and leads data accuracy including ATS based information.
* Leads grassroots candidate sourcing initiatives.
* Monitors and audits posting and promotion activity focused accuracy and quality.
* Organizes hiring events, TA meetings, etc.
* Supports the development of presentation materials, etc.
* Directly supports key elements of the recruiting process including: screening, feedback and information gathering.
* Supports the training and guiding of team members in the organization that are performing the recruiting function including: hiring managers, hourly recruiters, administrative team, etc.
* Administrative support for TA Leadership personnel.
* Job duties may be modified at any time.
Minimum Requirements
* Aligned with key KPI and Talent Acquisition team goals including: Quality of hire, Time to accept, Time to fill, Tool Utilization, Process adherence, Data Integrity and Cost per hire.
* 2 years of relevant experience in recruiting or staffing.
* 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative function.
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Bachelors degree preferred.
