Internal Audit is a provider of independent, objective assurance services delivered through a highly competent and diverse team. As a business partner, Audit helps the company accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes..
This role reports directly to Internal Audit's Director of Strategy and Team Member Operations and is responsible for developing, deploying and managing a learning program for Internal Audit and its 1,500 plus team members domiciled domestically and internationally. The program encompasses formal training for varying skill sets for new hires, including interns, college graduates, veteran programs, and experienced employees as well as continuing education for existing team members, and serves to enhance, deepen and strengthen the collective skills, knowledge and capabilities of Internal Audit team members. In addition to training, the comprehensive learning program also includes other methods of acquiring knowledge and professional development as well as obtaining and maintaining certifications.
This senior-level role will set the strategy and vision for a learning program that addresses current needs as well as positions employees for future/target state skills. Will work broadly across the organization and leverage external expertise to develop, deploy and manage a robust and comprehensive learning program for Internal Audit. This includes partnering with Internal Audit's line of business teams to understand specific needs, Wells Fargos Learning and Development group to identify, develop and deploy internal training solutions, and leveraging other available materials and resources to identify external training solutions and delivery methods where feasible and appropriate.
Other aspects of this role include:
* Collaborating with a large group of partners and stakeholders
* Analyzing issues, matters, processes and recommending solutions to drive efficiency
* Identifying, designing and implementing solutions and best practices
* Assisting the team with ad-hoc assignments
* Managing a team of at least 7 employees

Required Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
* 5+ years of management experience

* Experience with enterprise learning & development platforms
* Experience in developing and leading successful implementation of company-wide risk management (including Audit) frameworks, policies, and procedures
* Experience in developing and leading successful implementation of risk management (including Audit) learning and development programs
* Demonstrated change management skills leading broad initiatives that included design and implementation of system enhancements and process changes
* Ability to transform concepts into actionable information
* Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems
