I. Job Summary
Interacts with and conducts various duties and responsibilities within the Customer Service Center in order to develop new skills and learn new areas of the business while helping customers. Interns gain practical experience, relevant to their field of study, prior to college graduation.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

* Develops strong communication and technical skills to assist customers.
* Uses problem solving skills, determines problems, and understands fundamental parts of the problem in order to resolve customer service related inquiries.
* Participates in learning opportunities for process improvements, time management and technology skills
* Other duties as assigned

IV. Qualifications

A. Education and Experience

* Education: Interns must have a High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and be currently enrolled in college courses.
* Experience: No prior work experience required.
