Job Summary:
Provide support to the Engineering Services Integration Central Purchasing team with all aspects of processing and tracking orders for spare and replacement parts, researching problems and tracking orders in support of Parks and Resorts Engineering Services.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include the processing, coordinating and expediting material requisitions for FOS and other related lines of business including creating purchase orders in SAP, processing and tracking invoices for payment of material purchases through SAP and/or Maximo and processing service entries. Additional responsibilities include running reports on items such as committed costs, vendor purchases, and outstanding purchase orders.
Basic Qualifications:
* Demonstrated ability to perform administrative functions relating to the procurement process including coordinating support functions at WDW and DLR.
* Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated strong analytical, follow-through, organizational and time management skills.
* Demonstrated strong partnering skills.
* Proven knowledge and understanding of WDW policies and procedures including role-specific such as Quality Assurance and Procurement Guidelines for Material Controls.
* Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including overtime.

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Associates or Bachelors degree or equivalent.
