The mission of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products (DPEP) is to bring the magic of Disney into the daily lives of families and fans around the world to create to create magical memories that last a lifetime. Whether managing a theme park, building a cruise ship, producing a new toy, publishing a book, or creating an online adventure, we want to be able to give our fans and customers the best Disney experience possible. The role will primarily be focused on the Consumer Products, Games and Publishing (CPGP) business unit, is based in Glendale, CA and reports to the Senior Manager, Organization Development.
Responsibilities:
* Partner closely with business leaders, OD leaders and HR Business Partners to assess needs, develop recommendations, and manage projects to improve the performance of leaders, teams and organizations.
* Deliver OD expertise to a variety of projects, including strategy development, organization assessment, organization design, change and transition management, and culture transformation across a diverse set of CPGP businesses.
* Develop and lead transformation initiatives that enable CPGP business priorities.
* Continually develop and apply broad organizational knowledge to address CPGP business and organizational challenges by recognizing patterns through an enterprise and systems thinking mindset.
* Effectively adapt consulting approach and style to the culture to each business unit, geography and client; Share mindset, skills and tools with HR and senior leadership to ensure sustainment of results.
* Emphasize simplicity, relevancy, pragmatism and impact in all work.
* Use data, analytics and insights to enable evidence-based approach to OD and continuously assess and demonstrate impact.
* Leverage project management and leadership skills to facilitate complex work and maintain stakeholder alignment; Develop project schedules, plans and timelines.
* Continually invest in self-development and the evolution of the OD discipline by remaining current with new developments, technologies, industry trends and innovations.
* Build trust and collaborate with teams in a global and virtual environment; Partner effectively with HR Business Partners and OD leaders across DPEP to transfer knowledge and skills.
* Lead and manage others through informal oversight, leveraging the ability to influence without direct authority.
Basic Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of Organization Development, Change Management, Human Capital consulting or related experience, ideally with a global company.
* Demonstrated experience with Consumer Products, Games, and Publishing businesses (e.g., retail, licensing, wholesale models), e-Commerce and/or digital product management.
* Ability to effectively and pragmatically apply Organization Development and change management approaches to meet business and stakeholder needs.
* Experience with job leveling, talent assessments, and organization modeling in matrixed organziations.
* Demonstrated strong business acumen and track record of success in partnering with HR and business leaders.
* Demonstrated analytical, diagnostic, synthesis, consulting and problem solving skills to recommend solutions to critical business and organizational issues.
* Intellectually curious and open to challenging status quo.
* High degrees of initiative, creativity, and agility in approach to work.
* Excellent verbal, written, presentation and storytelling skills; Must be capable of communicating information to varied audiences.

Required Education
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in the field of Organizational Development, Organizational Behaviors, Human Resources Management, or Business-related fields.
Preferred Education
* Advanced Degree MA/MS in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behaviors, Organizational Development/Effectiveness, Leadership Development or Related field; Master of Business Administration.
* Prosci Change Management Certification, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), or equivalent.
