What youll be doing
The Innovation Consulting Senior Manager is a senior level consultative leader who works closely with internal stakeholders in Sales, Marketing and Salesforce to create a go to market strategy to advise our Strategic Accounts around transforming their decision making and building a data culture. Additionally, they will engage with senior customer executives at Global Strategic Accounts in executing the go to market strategy and build the business case for these organizations to invest in building a data culture. Lastly, they will work closely with partners and Tableau services who will deliver on the data culture transformation.
Some of the things youll be doing include
* Structure a clear strategy and engagement process working collaboratively with Sales, Marketing and Salesforce
* Create the customer messaging around transforming decision making and data culture
* Define the structure to conduct executive workshops
* Capturing and document stories of customers that have been successful in establishing a Data Culture
Execute Vision for Strategic Customers
* Lead customer executive discussions around Data Culture
* Get customer executive commitment to engage in creating the business case for building a Data Culture at their organizations
* Conduct executive workshops to build an analytics strategy roadmap and mapping out current decision making process
* Create a business case around the impact of building a Data Culture and tying it back to business outcomes
Work with partners / Tableau Services
* Identify partners who can help customers build an analytics strategy and drive a Data Culture
* Work with Tableau Services and provide feedback on Tableau Advisory Services offerings around Data Culture
Who you are
* Experienced. 7+ years in one or more of the following: Data Strategy, driving data transformation, leading executive engagements.
* Customer Conscious. Experienced in customer-facing roles. Comfort in engaging with senior executives and strong executive presentation and workshop skills.
* Relationship Builder. Good relationship-building skills, situational awareness in handling objections, and ability to grow and nurture relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Intuitive. Strong discovery and probing skills and comfortable with strategy and execution.
* Communicator. Strong verbal and written communication of qualitative and quantitative business cases.
* Autonomous Leader. Natural leader and self starter who can lead with authority, coordinate multiple efforts towards common goals and help other team members to excel in their work by knowledge transferring/sharing.
