We hold quality accreditations for all of the major airframe and engine manufacturers for both civil and military applications. Position Summary

Level three maintenance technicians work under minimal supervision to perform all necessary preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and emergency to keep machinery operational. Performs major repairs, rebuilds, and projects in coordination with supervisor or manager. Demonstrating the ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics, while serving as either a mechanical or technical SME. Typically, 610 years of experience.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Work safely under functional safety guidelines such as PPE and equipment interaction.
Correctly interpret work order.
Work in a team environment, i.e., follow instructions and assist others as needed.
Assist in maintaining inventories (critical parts, supplies, etc.)
Maintain and repair industrial electrical circuits.
Ability to fabricate and install guards, steps, handrails, platforms, etc.
Ability to enter and schedule work orders
Ability to identify and implement preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
Perform all levels of facility maintenance tasks
Mentor and train level 1 and level 2 maintenance technicians.
Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
Perform daily housekeeping / 6S activities as required.
Perform other duties as requested by lead, supervisor, or manager.

Experience & Education

6 to10 years of manufacturing experience; prior military experience; or technical certification / degree required
GED or High School diploma required

Required Skills

Intermediate ability to use all hand tools, wrenches, etc.
Intermediate ability to use all power tools
Intermediate ability to use diagnostic tools (amp probes, voltage meters)
Intermediate ability to use basic inspection tools such micrometers, calipers, comparators
Intermediate ability to navigate intranet to locate process documents basic computer skills
Intermediate ability to read and interpret work instructions and intermediate prints and dimensions
