Sr Analyst, Compensation & Benefits

PBF Energy Inc. (NYSE:PBF) is one of the largest independent refiners in North America, operating through its subsidiaries, oil refineries and related facilities. We are seeking a talented Sr Analyst, Compensation & Benefits to join our team as a pivotal member that would play a key role here at PBF Energy. This role would be located in our Company headquarters in Parsippany, NJ.

This position will assist with the design and administration of the organizations benefits and compensation programs.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Administer, recommend and implement new and/or modified Company benefits and compensation programs
* Educate, mentor and train local benefit representatives and HR partners on benefits and compensation programs and Workday processes
* Deliver quantitative and qualitative analyses to support compensation and benefit program administration
* Assist with cyclical compensation activities including annual merit process and incentive programs
* Monitor salary structure
* Submit and respond to industry salary survey requests
* Provide data and calculations for bonus program as well as ensure reconciliation of bonus payouts in payroll to calculated payouts
* Process and reconcile benefit bills
* Provide support to all levels of management on issues involving compensation and benefits
* Stay abreast of changing federal and state benefits and compensation regulations

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelors degree (preferably in Human Resources)
* 3 -5 years of progressively responsible experience in Compensation and Benefits
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including data analysis and data interpretation
* Advanced Excel
* Workday experience or similar HR information system.
* Must be able to travel up to 20% of time
