We are seeking a Facilities Engineer Manager to supervise 14 personnel and support over 17 buildings/structures on behalf of our customer.

Summary of Key Duties for this position:
Provide direction and guidance for all current and future facility projects
Provide guidance for electrical and mechanical engineering staff, as well as cyberspace professionals to ensure projects remain on track
Interface with customer via appropriate government forums to relay status on projects and receive direction
Support financial baseline management processes to ensure projects remain on budget and on task
Provide manpower and financial assessments to facilitate development of future projects

Basic Qualifications:
Strong understanding of electrical, HVAC and structural functionality, ability to assist in troubleshooting
Solid understanding of control account management
Ability to prioritize projects from a mission and cost prospective
Minimum of 8 years of facility engineering experience
Experience working with facility systems
Experience in engineering facilities and facility systems
Experience in leading multi-disciplined, high-performance teams
Strong communication skills
Strong technical writing skills
Strong project and schedule management skills
Experience briefing customers or management
Must be a United States citizen
Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance (with polygraph)
Must be able to travel up to 2 weeks per year, primarily to Cape Canaveral Air Force Station
Must be willing and able to work occasional odd shifts and extra hours
Experience with Microsoft office applications

Desired Skills:
Bachelor degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or structural engineering
Experience with military organizations

Understanding of rigorous test discipline principles and experience in test procedure development
Anomaly resolution experience
Experience in Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analyses
Personnel management experience
Maximo database experience
Understanding of Lockheed Martin Full Spectrum Leadership imperatives
Highly desire an active TS or TS/SCI clearance, or active within the past 5 years
Process and detail-oriented
Proven ability to succeed in a cross-functional environment
Expert familiarization with Microsoft Project
Ability to interpret technical information and determine operational effects
