Our Territory Representatives interact face to face with our customers, understand their needs and consult to offer the right solutions. We work collaboratively in Field Sales Teams and play a critical role in supporting our customer centric business model.

This position will report to the Executive Director, U.S. Strategy and Business Channels and required to manage the Retail and E-commerce Teams with direct responsibility in E-commerce marketing. This will include account management, sales, marketing and product management.

Essential Accountabilities:

* A track record of taking on big challenges and delivering despite obstacles and limited resources.

* Leads and fully participates in the companys continuous improvement processes and adheres to all company procedures and policies.

* Minimum 5+ years E-commerce marketing experience.

* Lead team of individuals that focuses on developing and carrying out strategic plans.

* Strong background in team management - ecommerce/retail, account management, product management, project management, financial analysis and an emphasis in ecommerce marketing.

* Excellent customer service skills that support customers and our Company's Animal Health product portfolio.

* Strong communication skills and ability to connect with team and accounts.

* Devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards, and novel developments to encourage sales in our channel.

* Remain knowledgeable about relevant trends and innovations in e-commerce/retail.

* Continually learning about adjacent techniques that improve collaboration across the organization.

* Creating promotional materials in tandem with our Company's Animal Health business units.

* Developing and executing plans for engaging customers and meeting customer needs.

* Sales and Marketing skills at the account management level.

* Experience managing and putting together processes to manage all sizes of accounts.

* Develop a department-wide E-commerce strategy.

* Lead development and execution of tailored marketing campaigns for this class of trade.

* Ability to organize and interpret data.

* Proactively identify issues and develop innovate solutions.

* Conduct competitive analysis to evaluate market trends and identify new opportunities.

* Manage MAP policy internally and with our external partners.

* Conduct regular sales and activity analysis to determine performance of customer portfolio and identify areas for improvement.

* Establish and cultivating positive relationships with key decision makers.

* Prepare and share client scope documents, legal contracts and coordinate billing.

* Drive development of key ecommerce capabilities and support processes.

* Assist with content creation tasks during peak volume periods.

* Build relationships across multiple areas at the customers organizations.

* Prepare and deliver business reviews and sales presentations with customer management and internal stakeholders.

* Responsible for achieving growth objectives in the U.S.

* Strong analytical ability and experience manipulating data to develop recommendations.

* Ability to think both strategically and tactically with strong attention to detail.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills.

* Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.

Scope and Context:

This position will focus on management of E-commerce and retail but have a strong e-commerce marketing emphasis to guide individual and team expectations.

Education Minimum Requirement:

* Bachelors Degree required

* BS or BA in Sales/Management in Marketing, Business

Required Skills/Abilities:

* Team management experience and account management experience within the sales and marketing area.

* Minimum 10 years team management experience and 5 years of E-commerce marketing experience, required.

* Ability to travel at least 50%, as needed.

* Knowledge of animal health accounts, and products/markets.

* Strong collaboration skills and ability to successfully partner cross functionally with all business units, regulatory, legal and finance.

* Advanced written and verbal communication.

* Computer proficiency including MS Office, iPad and web applications.

* Confident, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility, able to use own judgment, take initiative and make day to day decisions.
