Job Responsibilities
This position is part of the Livermore High Volume Manufacturing Engineering group on the Industrial Engineering team. This role will support technical program management for new product introductions to volume manufacturing.
This program manager will coordinates departmental and cross-functional teams focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products. This role will monitor the project from initiation through delivery including planning and directing schedules and monitoring budget/spending. Organizes cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of the project i.e. product on schedule and within budget constraints.

* Managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines with the ability to bring assignments to a successful completion.
Minimum Qualifications
* B.S. degree in Engineering, Operations Management or a related technical field
* 10+ years in technical or engineering role, with 5+ years in program/project management role
* Demonstrated leadership skills and knowledge in phase gate approach to program management
Preferred Qualifications
* MBA
* PMI or PMP
* Lean/Six Sigma Experience
