Job Description

Job Responsibilities

As a leader in Global Operations Supply Chain Team, you will be responsible for supporting material readiness for new products in pilot, driving mitigation and, influencing supply chain planning and readiness with the goal of improving Lams responsiveness to customer demands via new product growth.

This person will report to a Pilot Factory SPOC and drive strategies to meet overall customer demand.

Other Job Responsibilities

* Executive reporting of consolidated supply/demand risk on critical new products with a plan of record for their support
* Develops and aligns supply commodity (output magnitude and flexibility up/down) with the Supply Chain team to ensure constraints and growth objectives are identified and executed. Does this by working with direct reports and cross functional partners in Manufacturing (factory capacity), Global operations Strategic planning and Supply Chain (critical commodity capacity).
* Manages forecast gaps or risks then drives mitigation by either driving increases to supply or increasing the demand signal. (e.g. load demand signals via floats, System Pull ins, and independent demand.)

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Sales Operations or related business degree
* 8 years of experience working in a global supply chain operations role
* Executive messaging and ability to work cross functionally and drive decision making in a matrixed environment
* Semiconductor equipment knowledge and continuous learning to effectively consider how technical roadmaps of the business units (product lifecycle) and economic trends can affect our supply/demand streams
* Experience with Manufacturing, Order Fulfilment S&OP methods, Supply Chain procurement and capacity assessment processes
