Reporting to the Learning Manager or Learning Director, the Learning Lead executes JPMC Learning strategies by creating engaging learning experiences and/or programs for new hire and incumbent employees across a variety of topics including new joiner, systems, process, compliance, sales, emergent skills and others. The Learning Lead designs and develops instructor-led, virtual, experiential, self-study and digital learning solutions in partnership with project sponsors, Subject Matter Experts, Learning Relationship Managers and others. Primary duties of the Learning Lead include determining learning modality, creating solution and/or program design, developing learning solutions, supporting program and solution implementation and addressing learner feedback.
Core Responsibilities:
* Analyzes and scopes requests to determine learning objectives
* Designs learning solutions consistent with adult learning theory, JPMC Learning design principles, and modern delivery methods that effectively achieve learning objectives
* Works with the Client Learning Relationship Managers, client, project sponsor, subject matter experts and others to develop learning including instructor-led, virtual, experiential, self-study, digital solutions and others
* Leverages early and continuous feedback through prototyping and testing to reach consensus with project sponsors and SMEs
* Partners effectively with the Learning Center of Excellence and CRT to ensure timely and effective development and seamless implementation of learning solutions
* Evaluates the effectiveness and impact of learning solutions, including learner reaction and knowledge gain. Communicates results
* Manages learning projects to ensure timely implementation of solutions
* Maintains and conducts evergreen review of existing learning content, oversees ongoing improvements
* Builds and maintains strong partnerships with the Client Learning Relationship Managers and members of the project team based on a shared commitment to achieving business results
* Supports the execution of LOB, regional and global learning strategy
* Remains current with the latest learning trends, training innovations and product offerings
* Works on learning projects that may require complex design, advanced development techniques, advanced project management and may be delivered to larger, more senior audiences
* Performance consults and conducts needs analyses to determine root cause of performance gaps and recommends learning solutions
* Develops and manages program timelines, schedule, communication, marketing and budgets
* Curates learning program content
* Identifies learning program measurement and evaluation strategies including behavior change and impact to business results
* Works with the project sponsor, client and Client Learning Relationship Managers to identify learning sustainment efforts
* Mentors more junior members of the learning team

Qualification, Experience, and Attributes
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, financial services, HR, L&D, education, or similar
* 3-5 years of experience performing learning instructional design, development, analysis and related tasks
* 3-5 years of experience managing large, complex projects
* Proven consulting, negotiating and influencing skills
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal, relationship and meeting management skills
* Self-directed, self-motivated and ability to work independently
