The Digital Investment Bank (DIB), formed in 2018, owns and drives a comprehensive transformation strategy, developing products to drive business decision making and results, as well as improve the client experience. The team's engagement spans across DCM, ECM, Coverage, and M&A. This is a front office role with close partnership and collaboration with Technology, Data Science, and F&BM.
The role will require analytical insight, strong data discipline, sound understanding of technology, strong business acumen, and an entrepreneurial spirit to execute and drive results. Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technology and business users is a must.
Responsibilities will include the following:
Drive and manage development of DIB product suite
Build relationships and collaborate with bankers across groups to understand additional product development opportunities and fit with business priorities and roadmap
Understand and refine current product roadmaps based on usage, adoption, and feedback
Ensure stakeholder buy-in and key sponsorship
Develop and enhance existing key product performance analytics and reporting
Qualifications
* 1+ year(s) management consulting, investment banking or corporate strategy experience
* Investment banking experience preferred; product development and management background is a plus
* Outstanding ability to analyze problems, apply quantitative analytical approaches, communicate effectively and confidently (oral and written)
* Strong project and process management skills
* Excellent command of MS Excel and PowerPoint; familiar with analytical and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, R, SAS, etc.)
