Our Team

Within the Deposits Middle Office, our Transformation and Implementation (T&I) team partners with Operations, Technology and Business leadership to design and deliver creative, strategic solutions related to analytics, product, and technology. We focus on elevating business outcomes using effective co-creation, design-centered, hypothesis-driven principles that rely heavily on data driven insight. This is a new, dynamic team that demands an entrepreneurial aptitude, cutting-edge thinking, and consultative approach to all that we do. The ideal candidate will be forward thinking with strong problem solving skills using data.

Primary Responsibilities

- As an Area Product Owner (APO) lead the establishment of data analytics, insights, and strategy capabilities within the broader team

- Own/support the product vision, goals and objectives, defines requirements, and prioritizes delivery in order to maximize the business value of the investment

- Work with executive leadership to define key metrics/OKRs to measure outcomes and refine strategies using an iterative, continuous improvement mindset

- Effectively partner with a diverse array of constituents in order to deliver high quality work in a deadline driven and fast paced environment

- Facilitate/lead/participate in meetings at the business, operational and project levels

- Generate creative solutions/fresh approaches to internal and external client issues by thinking about problems end to end

- Be an agent of change by demonstrating enthusiasm and commitment to help achieve best-in-class outcomes

- Manage tight delivery timelines, and ensure our organization is on track to execute and deliver strategic change that meets our goals

- Formulate, deliver, and influence ones ideas at all levels of the organization using structured thinking, hypotheses, and business-case style approaches

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 7 years of experience in business operations, business process improvement, analytics, or technology roles

- Experience as a past/present Product Owner and history of further maturing an organizations agile operating environment

- Ability to use various analytical tools and skills to create and maintain analysis to help understand business performance related to change initiatives or strategy

- Strong relationship management skills, and ability to collaborate with multiple points of contact in order to achieve results

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required with the ability to effectively train others as needed

- Continuous improvement and change management mindset, questioning conventional ways of managing the business and driving change to improve processes

- Bachelors in a technical, quantitative or business field such as Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology; MBA is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

- Past experience establishing and running an insight and analytics capability would be extremely beneficial

- Intermediate to advanced experience with data querying and analytical tools. Programming languages would be a big plus.

- Past consulting (internal/external) experience highly recommended

- Related experience and proficiency within Deposits, Treasury, Wealth Management, Asset Management, or a closely related business
