The Public Cloud Container and Terraform blueprint team are looking for passionate software engineers to work at the intersection of Containers, Cloud and Automation Kubernetes, Golang, Terraform, AWS and Google Cloud. As an experienced member of our Software Engineering Team we look first and foremost for people who are passionate around solving business problems through innovation & engineering practices. What we do:
We enable public cloud. We write services, CLIs, lambdas, Kubernetes extensions, Terraform modules and providers to enable public cloud container and runtime platforms in AWS and soon GCP. We provide automation patterns, tooling and components that enable self service instantiation and configuration of infrastructure stacks and environments and provides guardrails and controls that allow usage of public cloud a secure and compliant fashion.
Ideal candidates will have 4-8 yrs of total experience with most of Terraform, Kubernetes, Golang, and AWS
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
* Programming experience in one or more: Go, Java, Python
* Solid understanding of Software Development lifecycle (SDLC), agile practices, testing approaches and related toolchain and ecosystem
* Good understanding of systems design, modern software development best practices and distributed systems programming and architecture
Experience in some the following is required:
* Container Platforms and Technologies - Docker, Kubernetes, Nomad, Mesos and related ecosystem tooling
* Public Cloud - AWS provisioning. EKS, IAM, Networking and Observaibility
* Networking Concepts - Cloud Native and Public cloud concepts, particularly with Kubernetes and AWS ecosystems.
* Automation with Terraform or other tools
* HA and Resilient Systems Architecture
