In developer infrastructure, we are committed to partnering with Etsy engineers to provide effective development tools. Specifically, this role will work in a quality-focused team that drives tailored technology and guidance that enables Etsy engineers to confidently craft and deliver quality products.

What youll do:

* Produce tools, frameworks, and scaffolding to enable engineers to write consistently great tests
* Partner with Etsy engineers to design and implement tools and processes to improve testing
* Have an opinion on ways to measure and raise the bar of quality at Etsy
* Work across the team to drive projects forward that you own

Qualifications

* Have a passion for quality

Minimum Qualifications:

* 5+ years Experience in the LAMP Stack
* 5+ years Javascript Experience
* Experience in delivering tools for software development
* Working knowledge of test automation

Preferred Qualifications:

* API development experience
* Experience solving quality engineering problems at scale
* Experience with automated integration testing
* Experience with cloud hosting and deployment technologies

*This is a full-time role based in Brooklyn, NY, or remote
