Financial Analysis Advisor

Their technical analysis of present and future financial performance informs all kinds of management decisions and strategies. And their research has an impact on everything from acquisitions and investments to customer deals, working capital requirements and forecasting.

What youll achieve
As a Financial Analysis Advisor, you will work with highly skilled account teams to provide planning support for a business unit, including financial performance impact analysis, financial models and reports and variance review of actual and planned results.
You will:
Assist in the development of budgets and expenses reviews
Prepare forecasts and trend analyses and develop business reports
Review processes and propose recommendations for improvement
Make recommendations to management based on analysis

Essential Requirements

* 5 to 8 years of related experience

* A strong background in forecasting and variance analysis is desirable since the position will require analyzing results & making recommendations to the management team as well as ensuring the integrity of the data. This person must have very strong ability to deal with ambiguity, drive for results and interpersonal skills. Candidate must demonstrate ability to summarize and present information in a concise and clear manner for executive review and approval.

* Structured approach to the process elements of the role and ability to prioritize tasks

* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence business partners

* Ability to work with cross functions groups & be a team player, in a virtual setting

Desirable Requirements

* Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or other relevant subject area with Masters degree in Business, Finance or accounting preferred

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Office with Previous Analytical/BI experience preferred

* Strong knowledge of business tools such as Finance DataMart- Esspace/Smartview, BPC, Oracle, NetSuite, Hyperion

* Previous Controllership experience preferred
