Employees in this job perform and document laboratory analyses in a timely manner in accordance with approved test methods and NELAC quality control requirements.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Under direct supervision:
Generates reports of analyses and maintains computer database
Maintains proper sample integrity, preservation, and logs
Manages waste generation properly
Maintains equipment under operating and reliable conditions
Leads, trains, and coaches equipment maintenance requirements for the Lab
Performs quality assurance reviews of others laboratory analyses
Develops laboratory procedures
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
