Senior Principal Software Engineer-AI Products

Our IT Software Engineer team turns business requirements into technology solutions by designing, coding and testing/debugging applications, as well as documenting procedures for use and constantly seeking quality improvements.

What youll achieve

As a Senior Principal Software Engineer, you will build and enhance high traffic next-generation applications. This group works at the cutting edge to design and develop AI-driven software for platforms, peripherals, applications and diagnostics all with the most advanced technologies, tools and software engineering methodologies.

You will:

* Architect and code cloud-native software using .NET and C

* Work closely with product owners, data scientists, designers and QA engineers in a joint effort to build state-of-the-art artificial intelligence (AI) products

* Engage across the organization to develop integrated and differentiated solutions

* Develop, and ensure development of, automated tests including unit test and automated front-end tests

Essential Requirements

* 12+ years industry experience to include 10+ years developing web applications and services; must have strong C and Angular OR Python (full stack-UI, backend, API's) in an Agile, Scrum, Lean environment

* Excellent knowledge of microservices and other modern cloud-based architectures

* Proficiency with containers, orchestration technologies, Git and Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines

* Experience with NoSQL, and SQL databases

Desirable Requirements

* Undergraduate degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience

* Knowledge and/or experience with AI

* Hadoop, Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) deployment and/or software security design
