Cyber Risk Analyst

Location: Remote United States

The Dell Security & Resiliency organization (SRO) manages the security risk across all aspects of Dells business. What youll achieve

As a Cyber Risk Analyst, you will report to Dells Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), with responsibility for supporting the Cybersecurity organization in the optimization of our portfolio of cybersecurity programs and supporting risk management projects throughout the organization. You will help support strategic and tactical activities of the team, as well as support the day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will leverage technical and people skills, strategically and tactically, to help the team maintain an effective and clear business-oriented picture of all risk at Dell which impacts, or is impacted by, security.

You will:

* Work with process, systems and other asset owners to help identify and catalog high value assets, assess threats and vulnerabilities to determine risk, understand security and compliance posture, and drive risk treatment activities
* Help to implement and integrate risk management practices and capabilities across the organization
* Enhance tooling that will support risk management capabilities and processes across the organization
* Help to develop and enhance risk management capabilities
* Provide input and execute on various risk management processes such as risk mapping

Essential Requirements

* Background in reporting risk and developing metrics
* Understanding of Cybersecurity practices and Risk Management Framework with experience collaborating closely with stakeholders and end users
* Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing, shifting priorities and have flexibility across time zones
* Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
* U.S. citizenship is required

Desired Requirements

* Bachelors degree with 5+ years relevant experience, or equivalent work experience
* Experience building projects to build solutions leveraging GRC and reporting tools, Archer and Tableau preferred
* Experience with risk quantification
* Industry certifications such as: CRISC, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CGEIT
* Documented knowledge of or hands on experience working with generally accepted IT audit standards, statements and practices, IT, security and control practices, and risk management concepts
