Do you want to be a valued member of a team who plays a critical role in providing excellent care to patients in a lab setting? Do you possess excellent patient-relations skills and the ability to follow instructions and procedures? If so, consider joining our team working as a full-time Phlebotomist at our Springdale hospital.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

* Matching laboratory requisition forms to specimen tools
* Disposing of contaminated sharps, in accordance with applicable laws, standards, and policies
* Drawing blood from veins by vacuum tube, syringe, or butterfly venipuncture methods
* Disposing of blood and other biohazard fluids or tissue, in accordance with applicable laws, standards, or policies
* Drawing blood from capillaries by dermal puncture, such as heel or finger stick methods

Key qualifications to be considered for this include:

* High school diploma
* BLS-AHA Certification within 90 days from start date
* Electronic mail software and medical software experience preferred
* Superior service orientation mentality
* Active listening skills
* Social perceptiveness
* Problem sensitivity
