Job Description:

Architect and maintain the test infrastructure for system-level characterization and cross-layer optimization of WLAN chipsets. The responsibilities for this position include automation and scripting of an extensive suite of wireless networking quality and performance tools, driving test plan definition and participating in post-silicon bringup, data path validation and performance optimization. The position entails working cross-layer with system designers and driver developers to devise, script, automate and debug comprehensive test strategies and perform data analytics.

Job Requirements

- at least MSEE/CS degree with 3 years of experience

- Strong object-oriented programming fundamentals

- Highly proficient in programming languages: Python, Shell, SQL and html

- Strong ability to debug and analyze failures throughout the test chain

- Good understanding of IEEE 802.11 PHY and MAC-layer specifications

- Good understanding of communications theory, signal processing, network communications

- Excellent communication and thorough documenting skills
