The Challenge:

Everyone knows security needs to be baked in to a system architecture, but you actually know how to bake it in. You can identify and implement ways to harden systems and reduce their attack surface. What if you could use your cyber and biomedical engineering skills to design and build secure systems for stakeholders in the medical device ecosystem? Were looking for a biomedical security engineer who can help create solutions for digital health that will stand up to even the most advanced cyber threats.

As a biomedical security solutions architect on our project, youll conduct threat models, apply benefit-risk policies, apply security theory, and help design security solutions that meet the needs of digital health industry clients. Youll work with diverse project teams to identify the right mix of tools and techniques to translate your customers needs and future goals into a plan that will enable secure and effective solutions. We need to come up with the best solution, so youll research new techniques, break free from the legacy model, and go where the industry is going. On our team, youll learn how to take a critical approach to network design, providing alternatives and customizing solutions to maintain a balance of security and patient needs. This is a chance to learn from a team of experts as you make a difference in the security of healthcare innovation. We help customers overcome their most difficult challenges by integrating secure practices like endpoint-based detection, response EDR, multi-factor authentication, identity and access management, advanced analytics, and more. You Have:

* Experience with medical devices and medical engineering
* Knowledge of CMMC security assessments and planning
* Ability to creatively solve novel complex problems.
* Ability to obtain a clearance
* BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

* Experience with novel gene therapies, novel analytic approaches to disease diagnostics or treatment
* Knowledge of cloud infrastructures
* Ability to clearly communicate problems and assess solutions against the clients' needs
* BA or BS degree in Biomedical Engineering

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
