Position Summary:

Manage and support the Pharmacy Data Integrity Team which supports division and corporate pharmacy, Kroger Technology, and store pharmacies. Lead and coordinate pharmacy data conversion projects, technology projects and operation projects. Maintain and audit the financial integrity of inventory, data conversion, DEA research requests, and file buy processes. Maintain pharmacy locations file. Recommend and drive changes and enhancements to improve data integrity. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

* Evaluate and audit current corporate data integrity processes and identify defective areas and develop solutions for the pharmacy enterprise
* Lead and coordinate pharmacy data projects and coordinate with the cross-functional teams identifying role clarity between multiple lines of business to execute strategy
* Develop reports that utilize EPRN Oracle database to pull data for reporting, support purposes by using Oracle SQL Developer or Toad
* Identify the best ways to utilize Data Warehouse data to validate core reporting data and vice versa
* Assign resources to investigate and identify the root cause for data corruption and determine how to correct and prevent it from happening in the future.
* Create and implement test cases to validate system expected behaviors
* Ensure accuracy of prescriber file utilizing HMS, DEA, and NPES websites
* Ensure accuracy of product file
* Oversee Cardinal files updates to support G.O. pharmacy financial department
* Assign the auditing of the following financial reports with regards to inventory, data conversion, Corporate Information Security, EUID audits, and DEA research requests.
* Oversee process to prevent prescription numbers from duplicating
* Serve as a liaison between GO MIS, GO Pharmacy, division auditors, and division pharmacy in the area of physical inventory reports and product cost file
* Primary point of contact for DEA research requests from a Corporate level
* Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports

Minimum Position/Education Qualifications:

* 1 year Pharmacy Technician Experience
* Experience in data analysis, data management and data analytics toolsets
* Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects
* Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
* Ability to communicate effectively and to demonstrate leadership skills
* Ability to guide a team of highly driven and talented individuals
* Ability to prioritize and assign work according to business priorities and strategies
* Understanding of organizational impacts that result from changes in business processes and technologies
* Ability to escalate issues appropriately and drive them to resolution and maintain a solution focused approach
* Ability to work long hours and occasional nights, weekends and holidays
* Ability to travel independently

Desired Previous Job Experience/Qualifications:

* BA/BS degree in technology, science or business preferred
* Experience with Oracle Database SQL
* Experience with Business Objects reporting
* Experience with EPRN pharmacy system preferred
* Pharmacy Division office support experience
