Position Summary:

Ice and decorate cakes, cupcakes, cookies. on order in an efficient, sanitary and artistic manner. Role model and demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.

Essential Job Functions:

* Ice Cakes as per orders designate.
* Decorates cakes, cupcakes, cookies in specified patterns by using a stencil, decorator tubes of icing, sugar molds, decorator lay-ons and Kopy Kake designs.
* Must be able to maintain a minimum unit per hour and produce products of consistent quality, which meet company standards.
* Keep carts, tools, and supplies in their designated areas.
* Keep floors, clean, safe, and free from clutter.
* Must keep work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
* Make clean, neat, and friendly impression on customers.
* Able to effectively communicate with customers and associates.
* Ability to make intelligent decisions quickly.
* Follow all current rules and duties of the Bakery, Company, and State and Federal laws, as made known.
* Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures, particularly in the area of the maintenance of a work environment free of unlawful harassment or discrimination.
* Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

* Ability to multi-task and set priorities.
* Personal initiative and follow through to completion.
* Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and willingness to help all members of the department.

Desired Previous Job Experience:

* Bakery work experience or similar experience in food preparation.
* Past work record reflects dependability and integrity.
* Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to employment practices, safety, food handling.
