Job Description:
Responsible for leading, defining, and implementing BrightDrops CRM and organic social strategies. The CRM & Social Manager will:
* Guide CRM marketing activities across the entire business
* Manage BrightDrops day-to-day CRM activities and technology
* Collaborate closely with the BrightDrop sales team to ensure adoption and use of CRM capabilities (e.g. lead scoring, nurturing, etc.)
* Define and create lead qualification and scoring procedures
* Define CRM and social KPIs for the business
* Establish a reporting cadence and manage reporting up to leadership
* Work with the Brand & Content Manager to design email templates
* Manage all email campaigns and automated marketing strategies
* Create and execute BrightDrops organic social strategy
* Establish social listening and response best practices
* Manage CRM and social content creation strategy and execution
* Grow our community of industry experts and customers; be the voice of the customer
* Work with other members of the marketing team to implement CRM strategies and activities required for their domains
Additional Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
* 5-10 years leading CRM and social strategy
* Fluent in English
* Demonstrated experience managing CRM strategy, technology, and activities
* Experience working for a B2B or commercial brand
* Flexibility to work with teams in different time zones
* Strong communication skills, particularly written
Preferred Background:
* Experience with Salesforce
* Entrepreneurial experience and/or advanced degrees a plus
* Bi-lingual (particularly Spanish or French)
* Bachelors degree
