The FAS Data team is currently seeking a high performing candidate to help transform FAS into a data driven and insights led organization. FAS Data will serve as the center of excellence for FAS data analysts. This is a new role for the DC product family, creating a great opportunity for a crew member to leverage their experience, skills, and partnership abilities to help lay the foundation for data driven decision making. Specific opportunities include being empowered to identify measurements to define product success, creating the framework to gather, organize, and communicate product trends and insights, and enabling experimentation. In this role you will

* Report to the Data Analytics and Reporting Manager and have a dotted line into the Distribution Capability product family supporting FAS Sales. The crew member will be tied closely with the product family to determine day to day priorities and strategic work to focus on throughout the year.
* Have the opportunities to determine the best way to measure outcomes and success at a foundational level within a journey, be able to derive insights from data, and communicate the insights in a well-crafted story to different levels of stakeholders.
* Be encouraged to think strategically and identify ways to improve the business as it is today.

Ideal candidates would have the following skills:

Strong ability to use reporting tools including Tableau, Tableau Prep, Excel, Cognos, and PowerBI

Demonstrates ability to use programs like Python and JMP

Demonstrates ability to create adhoc data sets

Demonstrates ability to leverage AWS cloud native services (S3, EMR, Athena)

Familiarity CRM systems (e.g. Dynamics or Salesforce) and cloud-based data tools, preferred

Strong visual design skills

Excellent consultative and communication skills

Ability to effectively develop relationships and manage stakeholders

A continuous improvement and automation mindset

Knowledge of the FAS Sales channels
