Responsible for enhancing the Treasury Solutions sales team performance by improving sales productivity and efficiency. Serve as the project lead on assigned projects and initiatives to drive, establish and manage deliverables by collaborating with teams across the Treasury Solutions organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Drive sales support initiatives by coordinating with sales leaders, cross-functional partners, and executive management
Act as liaison between Sales, Change Integration, Readiness and Risk Execution
Determine sales priorities and readiness needs (content, training, demos, etc.)
Enable sales teams through reporting, data and analytics
Proactively identify and resolve issues
Provide analytics and research that support the design of the go-to market and sales strategy for Truist Treasury Solutions
Advise and support teammates to drive profitable growth and retain revenue
Consult and coordinate with multiple internal groups, subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop identified skills and knowledge to leverage expertise in design and delivery of content
Collaborate on defining and helping to execute the Treasury Solutions strategy
Coordinate and plan workshops to transfer industry knowledge, thought leadership and best practices to improve sales performance
Monitor and measure teammate engagement and performance, drive analysis for insights and answers to critical questions, and recommend practical solutions to get results
Adhere to and follow all applicable policies and procedures. Proactively escalate issues and risks to senior leadership's attention
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and related training or experience
5 years of experience of relevant financial services or related work experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (expert/proficient in Excel)
Must have a fundamental understanding of change management, engagement strategies, & the ability to work in a strong sales culture
Robust communication skills (verbal, written) including ability to present, facilitate, and influence
Proven track record of successfully executing against initiatives with goal-oriented results
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in related field, or equivalent education and related training
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation
Experience in Treasury Solutions or cash management environment
Previous experience in marketing and project management
