Apple is looking for a dynamic, highly motivate individual with strong program management abilities to support Worldwide Retail repair operations. The individual will drive the product life process across a large assortment of repair products, work cross functionally to drive process improvement and operational responsibilities across several teams within AppleCare, Operations, and Retail Store Operations. First-class operational quality is a cornerstone of Apples success, and the Retail Fulfillment Operations (RFO) organization plays a meaningful role in ensuring operational and financial success for Apple.

* 3-5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Retail (stores and eCommerce).
* Experience in process design, and implementation, supply chain management, and new product introductions.
* Extraordinary focus on details and accuracy.

* Strong Excel modeling and analytical abilities.
* Strong acumen regarding systems and tools.

Description
The person in this position is primarily responsible for driving operational activities across multiple organizations and geographic regions to take care of Retail Store repair products from a life cycle perspective. In this role, you would have the opportunity to support Retail Stores: Partner with engineering, readiness, master data management, pricing, planning, procurement, and service channels teams. Ensure repair parts systemic visibility and order-ability supports key repair initiatives and programs. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to highlight risk and develop contingency plans for repair part launches and programs. Manage the systematic set up and assortment database accuracy of all products repaired through Apple Retail Stores. Participate with cross-functional teams to strategically manage the product assortment in a way that factors in both cost and customer experience. Develop and drive an end of life process that is scalable and supports repair through End of Support. Drive for continuous innovation and global scalability of tools, systems, and processes.
