RESPONSIBILITIES
The purpose of this position is to generate ASHRAE Level II energy audit reports. This position provides internal review, training, and quality control over a team of energy auditors and compiles their energy modeling results into reports for our clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Generating ASHRAE Level II Energy Audit reports based off information from in-field auditors and calculations from Energy Engineer.
Creating and updating report templates for Green programs.
Assist with and review Energy Engineers scope of work, energy and water savings calculations, and economic factors.
Automate and improve report generation process.
Conduct site visits and perform in-field audit of multifamily buildings.
Identifies platform improvements and new business opportunities through organization memberships, industry publications and other means of remaining abreast of industry changes.
Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BS) from four-year college or university in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Minimum of four-six years related experience.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Professional Engineer (PE), BPI Multifamily Building Analyst (MFBA), AEE Certified Energy Manager (CEM).

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Experience developing energy modeling calculation spreadsheets.
Proficient with one or more energy modeling softwares.
Experience conducting energy audits of multifamily buildings.

Proficiency in Microsoft software, including Excel.
