Role Overview
This is a critical role for the Project Management (PJM) Marketing team, partnering with the business to drive the growth and strategy across all segments of Project Management. The role collaborates across the organization to help bring value propositions to life by leveraging and activating all channels focused on driving demand, adoption, and the overall success of our services, products and solutions with internal and external audiences.
For PJM, the role will partner with the Project Management Marketing Lead to help drive our global marketing strategy with the intent to simply, unify and differentiate CBRE from the competition.
To be successful, the candidate must possess strong organizational skills. Working in a fast-paced environment, across multiple projects for various stakeholders requires taking task and time management seriously. Must be hands-on, a doer, and willing to juggle multiple assignments including but not limited to marketing strategy, leadership and client engagement, branding, events, and marketing collateral with a consistent level of service and maintaining high standards of excellence.
Essential Responsibilities
* Partner with PJM Marketing Lead and Content Marketing, Research, and business leaders/authors to manage the research report production for annual global reports
* Partner with local marketing and business leaders to promote and create PJM marketing materials and campaigns.
* Partner with the events team, manage and develop content for PJM conferences, events, and tradeshows (e.g. CMAA annual, CBRE Institute, internal Global PJM Town Halls, etc.)
* Partner with Communications and the business to develop, activate and launch new products and technologies with internal and external audiences, to ensure global and regional alignment (e.g. Office Ready, Principal Delivery, Strategic Sourcing, etc.). And partner with Comms and the business to develop featured stories and by-line articles to the media.
* Ensure compliance and consistency of company brand standards.
* Prepare marketing analytics reports for the business and marketing leadership.
* Collaborate, own or manage miscellaneous projects for PJM business segments, global platform team, and related marketing projects as the business SME.
* Write and review any internal and external collateral, including quality check and proofreading to ensure the appropriate messaging and approvals prior to final distribution.
Digital Strategy:
* Responsible for content and promotional activities across all digital channels for PJM (which includes PJM Intranet, social media, and CBRE webpages) in partnership with Communications, digital and the PJM Marketing Lead
Marketing Materials:
* Collaborate with the business leaders to identify unique value propositions, key messages and the appropriate ways to visualize and communicate information.
* Assist PJM stakeholders (across sectors, integrated products and services, Strategic Sourcing, Principal, etc.) in preparing various marketing materials as needed.
* Coordinate with Sector and Country/Region PJM leaders to provide input on focused CBRE internal newsletters w/ PJM Comms (e.g. Sector-focused, A&T, GWS, etc), thought leadership and reports (e.g. Industrial quarterly newsletter)
* Work with the PJM Marketing Lead to develop and update a marketing library of a wide variety of templated and non-templated, company-sanctioned marketing materials including but not limited to: capabilities decks, business analytics, maps, advertisements, client outcomes, brochures, one-pagers, in-house and client presentations, proposal templates, off-the-shelf templates, collateral, whitepapers, and event and sponsorship materials, etc. - all hosted on Project Managements internal Intranet site

Supervisory & Management Responsibilities
Experience leading projects requiring oversight of coworkers (not necessarily in Marketing) to produce a quality results. May assign tasks to coworkers within a work unit and/or project.
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent from four-year college or university and four to six years of related experience and/or training.
Communication Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to effectively present information to senior leaders across the business.
Technical Abilities
Proficient in InDesign, PowerPoint, and Word
Web and digital knowledge (SiteCore, Sharepoint, Campaign Logic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or equivalent etc.) a strong plus
Working knowledge of Excel a plus
Additional Adobe Creative Suite knowledge a plus
Financial Knowledge
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
