About This Role:

This Analyst will work as a team member on Post Market Surveillance tools and applications, establishing consistent process and accurate reporting of complaint and CAPA/Trending data.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

* Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop clear requirements for applications and reports regarding complaint reporting for Rhythm Management and EP medical devices.
* Manage, organize, and communicate project information, project activities and status.
* Clearly and correctly state and summarize technical information and conclusions.
* Participate in department projects.
* Validate reports and applications to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Provide/create Key Supporting Documents (KSDs) and Work Instructions associated with new/changing processes.
* Manage the project records during development.

What Were Looking For In You:

Minimum Qualifications

* 4-year degree in Data Analytics, engineering or other technical field.
* 2+ years medical device experience
* Working knowledge of Python, SQL or R
* Experience with Tableau or Power BI
* Basic understanding of medical device regulations and standards or other regulated industry

* Database or content management
* Project management skills focused, highly organized, efficient time management, meets deadlines
* Detail oriented and thorough
