Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Service and repair of customer property items including, but not limited to, centrifugal pumps, frac hose and chokes as supported by the Mission Completion Products.
* Carry out all duties in accordance with the QA procedures and departmental work instructions.
* Disassemble equipment to remove parts and determine required repairs
* Examine all parts for general corrosion, defects, breakage or excessive wear whenever looking at specific reported issues on any unit.
* Diagnose cause of equipment malfunction thru observations and testing based on related schematics and assembly drawings
* Request parts as required and install according to instructions and drawings
* Ensure all work performed is in a quality minded, tidy & accurate manner, prepare all surfaces and components as necessary to ensure no damage occurs during assembly and testing.
* Test run repaired equipment to ensure it works to full specification.
* Actively participate in training as identified by the Manager
* Engage in additional job activities as requested by the Manager

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

* Valid Driver License
* High School Diploma or GED
* Basic mechanical skills
* Previous oilfield experience working with and/or servicing comparable Mission products
* Basic understanding of hydraulic/pneumatic applications, pressure containing equipment, and hydrostatic pressure testing equipment and processes
