About The Role:
Boston Scientific is looking for a passionate marketing leader who is excited about commercializing businesses to drive growth or take share.
Who you are: A self-motivated and engaged leader and team player with demonstrated experience entrenching yourself in the assigned topic area, becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for both internal and external audiences. You have experience and a proven history of success translating customer insights (physicians, patients [consumers], economic customers) into actionable communications and strategic channel plans, content strategies and campaign programs that increase awareness and encouraging product adoption and usage within our core customer base. You have demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business conditions/plans while continuing to be proactive and drive projects to completion.
The opportunity: This leader and their team will drive conception and execution of innovative RM campaigns rooted in customer insights, understanding customer behavior and key barriers to adoption. She/he will work closely with and collaborate effectively with Product Marketing, Content Strategy & Customer-centric , Global Digital Marketing, Public Relations, outside agencies, Sales, global partners, Corporate Branding, Clinical, Legal and Regulatory. She/he will work across multiple business areas, and ensure strategies are aligned to overall company goals and objectives.
Your responsibilities include:
* Customer Insights: Understand mindset/behavior of physicians, patients and payers and key barriers to adoption to be able to effectively incorporate insights into the development of campaigns and promotions.
* Strategic Planning & Execution:
* Partner with cross-functional teams to formulate and execute annual and long range global omnichannel campaign plans
* Collaborate with MA&I Leadership to set direction to achieve overall organization objectives
* Propose strategies and tactical plans aimed at short-term and long-term revenue goals
* Integrated Marketing Communications
* Engage with business franchise leadership to ensure appropriate prioritization of tactics and resources in alignment with Rhythm priorities
* Oversee pan-RM campaign execution of integrated marketing communications tactics
* Brand: Ensure consistency in the Boston Scientific brand within specified channels
* Metrics & Continuous Improvement:
* Evaluate impact and reassess objectives and outcomes
* Responsible for continuous improvement of integrated marketing communications
* Continually analyze the systems and processes the team uses for conducting their work and seek out opportunities to remove barriers and improve efficiencies, beginning with strategic planning all the way through tactical execution, channel distribution, archival and eventually disposal
* People Leadership:
* Strong people leadership skills effectively managing and developing teams in a complex environment
* Oversee complex cross-business projects and empower team to work independently
* Communication:
* Communicate proactively to all levels of management and all stakeholders, managing alignment, understanding and program expectations
