As a leader in Digital Engineering (DE), were looking for you to apply systems thinking to solve complex challenges and shape the DoD by providing subject matter expertise in systems engineering and integration, requirements management, and analysis support to a variety of DoD clients and Booz Allen initiatives managing performance, quality, cost, schedule, risk, personnel, and contract and subcontract management for a product-based client. Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions such as Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approaches to manage systems definitions and technical baselines. Share your expertise through leadership and mentoring, while broadening your skillset into emerging technologies. Grow your skills by merging technical support, program management, and acquisition planning subject matter expertise to DoD decision makers to help identify and resolve executive-level risks and issues. Comprehend and apply digital engineering best practices and current DoD systems engineering and acquisition guidance. You will be expected to work well across a distributed team to identify and resolve conflicts and technical issues within platforms, systems, and teams. Join our team and create the future of Remote Sensing and its missions, including OPIR, SBEM, etc. and systems with SBIRS, Next Gen OPIR, or FORGE, etc. mission areas in the DoD.

You Have:

-8+ years of experience with implementing DE solutions for space or ground system programs

-Experience with producing DE Development Plans documenting the DE ecosystem, tools, processes, and industry standards used

-Experience with applying modeling languages UML or SysML modeling and architecture frameworks, including BPMN or UAF

-Experience with the Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS)

-Experiencing with Model-Based Systems Engineering tools, including MagicDraw, Sparx Enterprise Architect, and Rhapsody

-Knowledge of requirements management and system integration

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with managing large-scale, complex engineering, integration, and test programs

-Experience with supporting remote sensing programs, including Space-Based Infrared System (SBIRS) and Next-Generation Overhead Persistent Reconnaissance (Next-Gen OPIR) satellite systems

-Experience with using modeling tools, including STK, MATLAB, or AFSIM

-Experience with object-oriented programming languages, including C++, Java, or Python

-Experience with the DoD acquisition system, including key instructions and DoD 5000.01/02

-Experience with one or more of the following space mission areas: Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR), Missile Warning, Missile Defense, Tactical Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (TISR), or Space-Based Environmental Monitoring (SBEM)

-Knowledge of space systems architectures

-Knowledge of Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) mission areas and programs

-MA or MS degree

-Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) Certification
