Program Manager

The Challenge:

The right leadership can be the key to a successful program. It takes a skilled program manager to guide their program through the complexities of its life cycle. Thats why we need you, a passionate program manager who can ensure our hardware or software program achieves its goals.

As a program manager on our team, youll work with customer, engineers, designers, schedulers, and manufacturing staff to analyze the budget, schedule, and requirements of Army vehicle development and prototyping efforts. Using proven program management methodologies, youll help develop and communicate your programs strategy and business impact. This is your chance to gain skills in all aspects of vehicle design and build while gaining program management experience. You Have:

-3+ years of experience with program or project management for a complex hardware or software effort valued at $1 Million dollars or more

-Knowledge of a scheduling tool, including Microsoft Project or Primavera

-Ability to create a project budget, identify risks, and manage projects to cost and schedule

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-HS diploma or GED and 10 years of experience as a project manager or BA or BS degree and 6 years of experience as a project manager

Nice If You Have:

-Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes

-Knowledge of MIL STD and other Army Standards related to vehicle design and performance

-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
