Project Analyst, Mid

We have an opportunity for a program analyst to join our team as we help PEO Platform program offices develop strategic fielding plans to modernize Navy platforms with the latest Command, Control, Communication and Intelligence (C4I) systems to support our PEO and Naval clients. Youll work with program leadership to monitor cost, schedule, and performance of multiple projects, using tools like SPIDER/CAPS, NDE, NTIRA, and Tableau and daily interactions with DoD customers. The real power of program analysis comes from communication, so youll create capability gap and risk analysis and make recommendations for improvement to program leadership. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so youll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. This is a chance to directly impact PEO and Naval clients by contributing to program strategy and helping to eliminate risks across projects. You Have:

* Experience in working with Navy programs
* Experience in working with Microsoft Office products
* Knowledge of PEO C4I, NAVWAR, FRD, NIWC, NAVSEA, or OPNAV organizations
* Knowledge of SPAWAR PEO Integrated Database Environment Repository (SPIDER) or C4I Advance Planning Suite (CAPS)
* Knowledge of Navy Modernization Processes (NMP) or PEO C4I and NAVWAR Installation Process
* Knowledge of Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution process
* Secret clearance
* BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

* Experience in working with DoD organizations
* Knowledge of PEO C4I programs or systems
* Possession of excellent organizational skills
* Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
* PMP Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
