General Management Consultant

The Challenge:

In order to grow effectively, organizations need help looking at their operation from the outside. Thats why we need you, a management consultant who can learn how to analyze every aspect of your customers operations and give them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision.

As a general management consultant on our team, youll gain the ability to build an overall picture of your clients current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. Youll learn to use discussions and workshops with leadership and engineers to help identify and innovate the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a solid understanding of where and how the organization can improve, youll review the path forward and the expected results - to your client. You Have:

-Experience with facilitating client meetings

-Ability to perform in a professional team environment to accomplish individual and team tasks

-Ability to provide excellent customer service, even in hectic, understaffed situations

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree
