Technical Writer

Key Role:
Collect and organize information required for preparation of documents, training materials, guides, proposals, and reports. Provide technical edits to engineering documentation, software documentation, manuals, reports, or other documents or presentations. Leverage expertise in writing, editing, and communication to analyze and present complex information in a format that is easy to read and understand. Work with teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of scientific and technical information, documentation content, and requirements. Develop diagrams, charts, and graphs that increase the users understanding. Develop high-quality documentation that is easy-to-understand, easy to use, meets applicable standards, and meets the objectives and goals for the intended audience.

Basic Qualifications:

* 6+ years of experience as a technical writer

* Experience with Microsoft Office

* TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required

* HS diploma or GED required

Additional Qualifications:

* Ability to communicate effectively

* Possession of excellent writing skills

* Possession of excellent organizational skills

Clearance:
