Threat and Vulnerability Management Business Lead
Key Role:
Lead the technical and business aspects of the development of threat and vulnerability management capabilities and services to bring innovative solutions to Booz Allens clients. Work multiple vertical markets, leveraging expertise in business drivers and technical constraints across enterprise deployments and delivery. Work as a functional cyber leader for cyber threat intelligence, vulnerability management, penetration testing, breach and attack simulation, attack surface reduction, and other related services. Play an active role in shaping opportunities with market teams and functionally represent technical concerns to senior client customers as well as operational leadership. Lead efforts in attracting, developing, and retaining diverse threat and vulnerability management-focused talent.
Basic Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience with delivering functional or technical services in areas that include threat intelligence, cyber operations, or vulnerability management
* 5+ years of experience with leading functional portfolios in complex operational organizations, including commercial or government
* Experience with leading complex technical project delivery with large federal, DoD, intelligence, or commercial clients in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with technical leadership, including capturing, winning, and standing-up, or transitioning a cyber operations support contract
* Ability to work with senior client leaders and executives to foster positive client relationships
* Ability to develop and drive technical solutions collaborating with project and proposal teams to incorporate cybersecurity solutions and capabilities
* Ability to author technical documentation and whitepapers or blogs on cybersecurity topics and concepts
* Top Secret clearance
* BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
* Experience with innovative cybersecurity products and capabilities, including automation and orchestration, vulnerability management products, penetration testing tools, or SIEM dashboards
* Experience with presenting cybersecurity topics at forums and events
* Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
* TS/SCI clearance
* MA or MS degree in a technical or management field
* DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification, including IAT III or IAM III
