Job Description
Risk-Based Alerting Analyst
Key Role:
Design, implement, and manage policies and procedures to ensure database and software security. Apply specific functional and working industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions for a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide the activities of more junior employees.
Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with Splunk and Cybersecurity detection
-Knowledge of Splunk and creating Splunk content, including alerts and dashboards
-Ability to codify processes and procedures, collaborate with other teams to determine gaps, and develop cyber automation
-Public Trust clearance
-BA or BS degree
-Security/IAT II+ Certification, including CompTIA Security+ CE
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with performing regression testing and implementing monitoring improvements to support enterprise transitions
-Knowledge of troubleshooting risk-related alerts
Clearance:
