Job Overview

The Program Manager, Business Resilience is a crucial role to ensure a consistent delivery of a standard safety & security response approach to all Brands, implement new/leverage already existent intelligence services to all Brands, and oversee crisis response coordination as arise.

This role is an individual contributor role, but will support and have ownership of select areas of the global resilience program to include crisis management plans development/improvement, technology solutions, oversee Brands Crisis Management and Business Continuity plans and exercises, intelligence reporting and active monitoring cross-brand implementation, safety & security initiatives, and daily operations. develop metrics and analysis to be provided to the Board of Directors.

We are looking for an experienced security program manager with a demonstrated record of executing dynamic, innovative and solution-driven initiatives to support strategic planning and coordinate a portfolio of projects centering around crisis management, business continuity, intelligence, and emergency response. As a Program Manager, Business Resilience, you will be responsible for developing/supporting the development of strategies and driving operational excellence among cross functional teams and across the brands. This involves working across multiple complicated and often unrelated operational workflows, establishing relationships with internal stakeholders across the group, and developing creative solutions to see through to execution. This is a full-time position that typically works on a standard Monday to Friday schedule, however the role will occasionally work irregular hours during an incident/crisis response.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Support the development of a scalable operation model to include roadmap, goals, metrics, objectives for the implementation of a standard approach in cross-brand response coordination, collaboration and information sharing;

* Manage intelligence standards, procedures, best practices, and training to continually elevate the impact of protecting Booking Holdings and Brand employees, business, operations, and reputation;

* Partner closely with the brands global security teams to leverage their capabilities (initiatives, plans, solutions, software, vendors) and implement standards in a consistent manner across the brands;

* Build strong cross-brand and cross-functional strategic partnerships by communicating goals, objectives and opportunities to maximize collaboration and information sharing;

* Build overarching SLA to ensure information sharing for specific topics (e.g. crisis management, safety & security, intelligence, and others);

* Set KPIs for Service Levels across all key areas of responsibility.

Qualifications

* Educated to Master Degree level in a related subject.

* Familiarity with ISO 22301.

* CPP/PCI/PSP/CBCP/CBCI desirable.

* Proficiency with Google suite.

* 5 years of experience in a supportive role at a minimum: Intelligence / Crisis Management / Corporate Security / Business Continuity. This can be compensated by 7-8 years of general experience in a corporate environment and a degree in the above;

* Strong understanding of crisis management and incident response;

* Strong problem solver by analyzing and understanding issues, problems or challenge and developing solutions to them;

* Has the proven ability to think outside of the box, challenge industry norms and adapt quickly to evolving requirements;

* Excellent oral and written communication capabilities;

* Ability to communicate management issues to technical and non-technical audiences;

* Strong stakeholder management, relationship building, influencing, facilitating and presenting skills;

* Solutions focused measures their output on whether issues, problems or challenges are resolved as a criteria for success;

* Works iteratively, delivering quickly and frequently to produce high quality documents and outputs which require little to no rework.
