Job Description

Avery Dennison is seeking an experienced, hands-on and passionate Oracle CX Sales Cloud functional expert to help drive and support the divisions roll-out initiative. Reporting to the Sr. Business Process Manager - Commercial, this person will play a key role in deployment, maintaining, enhancing and expanding RBIS Oracle CX Sales Cloud for the global commercial sales team. In this role you will work closely with commercial leaders to successfully deploy and configure Oracle CX Sales Cloud to support the business unit strategy and objectives. The successful candidate will be experienced and knowledgeable as a CRM functional SME with a very good understanding of Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC) and its ecosystem of products. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

* Serve as our internal expert in the Oracle CX Sales Cloud platform and ecosystem

* Work with business users to understand and document the To-Be business processes and requirements

* Demonstrate ability to understand customer business scenarios and come up with innovative solutions

* Demonstrated capabilities in solution design, writing functional designs and working with development teams.

* Identify, assess, and document business requirements and recommending business priorities

* Partner with internal global users to learn their business, business processes, challenges and objectives

* Assist with completing operational readiness (Service Transition) documentation required of all changes to be made to the new CRM systems

* Develop use cases to explain/demonstrate business requirements/specifications

* Determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or customer information needs

* Create & identify ways to improve CRM metrics and KPIs

* Serve as liaison between technology and business end-users including hands on configuration experience with Oracle Sales Cloud

* Provide direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions

* Write and socialize test plans, SIT test cases and UAT test cases related to supported CRM systems and their changes

* Act as the Business Analyst (BA) for internal teams to translate business requirements into technical requirements & user stories

* Ensure proper documentation on Business Requirements, Training Materials, Functional Design, Process & Data Flows, Use Cases & Test Plans/Scripts

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree required

* Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

* Minimum 5 years of Oracle CX Sales Cloud (OSC) functional experience

* Experience 2-3 full life cycle Oracle CX Sales Cloud implementations and support of CRM application

* Experience/understanding of sales business process reengineering and business modeling concepts

* Other Oracle CX Cloud experience a plus (Marketing, Service)

* Prior experience executing a global Oracle CRM implementation for highly-matrixed organization

* Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, delivering high quality work while under significant deadline pressure

* Excellent overall business acumen & organizational savvy

* Strong record of achievement, with solid analytical skills & an entrepreneurial hands-on approach to work.
