The Document Control Supervisor is responsible for disseminating, maintaining and tracking the flow of incoming document requests, such as financial statements, letters and reports. The Document Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the workflow and team of Document Processing Specialists and Document Proofreading Specialists.

Qualifications

Education
- Associates Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or other relevant field, required
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or other relevant field, preferred

Experience
- Two (2) or more years of experience in a supervisory role, required
- Experience in a professional services firm, preferred

Software
- Intermediate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word and Adobe, required

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Capable of typing at least 40 WPM
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Able to successfully multi-task while working effectively independently or within a team environment
- Able to work with a high degree of accuracy and thrive in a very high volume fast-paced work environment
- Strong analytical and basic research skills
- Effective planning and strong organizational skills
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality when interacting with all levels of the organization
- Capable of adapting communication style to successfully convey messaging and objective to diverse audiences in a professional manner
- Able to meet project deadlines with a focus on details
- Capability to effectively guide a team of professionals and delegate work assignments as needed
